Planning and organization can cause major difficulty in an adult with ADHD. They often forget appointments also forget tasks they were supposed to do. Sometimes they write what they want to do and they lose the paper on which they had written their tasks. To deal with this, one should create-1)A single master task list. Put everything you've to do in this list ONLY. It could be office work, family work or personal work. But put down all the tasks you want to perform in this list only.2)A calendar where you can add all your appointments. Your daily planning needs to be done on this calendar only.
Keep both task list and calendar together. It is preferable to use digital task lists and calendars.
