How to deal with distractions in Adult ADHD?

Along with practising distractibility delay, it is also important for an adult ADHD person to modify his/her environment as much as possible to reduce extraneous stimuli. While working or studying use strategies like turning off the mobile, closing web browser and email notifications, turning off television or radio, asking others to not disturb you and closing windows etc can really work.
