How to deal with difficulty in multitasking

Multitasking is often very overwhelming for people with ADHD. As they often have trouble focusing, it becomes difficult to attend to many things at once. To deal with this, one can use task list. If a task is too big then it should be broken into smaller steps or chunks. This reduces the anxiety and a smaller chunk is easy to complete.
