Distractibility Delay-ADHD often comes with high distractibility. This technique is used to delay attending to those distractions. While working or studying, keep a piece of paper and pen with you. Start a timer and focus on your work or study. Whenever a distraction pops in your mind, don't indulge in thinking about it. Write that thought on the paper and again concentrate on your work or study. After around 30 minutes, think about these distractions.
